Research went well today I went through 4 articles and kept two. See you all in a couple hours!
In the lab from 11:30-12:30. Looked at Ian’s study (it was great) and I printed it out so it’s ready for coding! E-mailed a few authors of papers trying to get a hold of Velten statements. We finished up the Ferraro Study today!!
From 3pm to 7pm, coded data from the gambling study; finished entering ~80 subjects’ data.
Today I coded data from 8-9. Then I ran Kelli’s experiments from 10-12 because she had an exam. She only had one person signed up for 10:30. Thomas acted as my other participant. I also ran my experiments from 2-3, but only had one person signed up for 2:00. Jenny acted as my other participant. We are now at number 429.
In the lab from 11:30-2:30. Spent the last 30 min being a “participant” for Amisha. Finished up 3 studies today!! (Dalbert, Prkachin, and Carmony). In the midst of posting Semler and Brewer. I’ll finish it tomorrow.
I only had one participant from 9-10 today, but did coding while I was waiting. All went well.
On Monday, 10/20, I could not login to post my coding. So, I am posting it now. I coded from 130-3 and spent most of the time doing some emotion elicitation.
Hey Yall
I’m catching up for last week as well as today. I ran for four hours total last week, although I’ve seen (as probably most have) a dramatic drop in subject attendance. Today I only have two subjects, and I think three total last week.
Also on Thursday I spent my coding hours gathering primary mortgage company contact info for Shane, in effort to get a new study up and running.
Best,
T
Worked on two studys today from 8:30-11:30. Almost finished with Grawitch, Munz, Kramer. Still no emails about the castro study.
