Lab hours & Coding 2/23
I had coding from 9-10 and lab from 10-11, but no one was signed up for my spot, so I coded emotion elicitations the whole time. I’ve only got a handful left that I haven’t done and most require confederates or things we don’t have access to. Have a great day y’all! 
2/23 Coding and lab hours
I had no participants today, so I coded from 9-10, and then did my normal coding hours from 10-11. I will make up my hour of coding either this week or next week.

Misha’s Coding
Today I coded data from 8-9. I removed all of the Cookies file from the computer room and replaced it with Moral Luck stuff. I also put coded data in the file cabinet. I went through 5 emotion elicitation files.

I realized today that somehow I have forgotten to blog for the entire month of February. I don’t really have an excuse…. but I have been in the lab working for every time I have been scheduled.
Mondays (2/2, 2/9, 2/16): I do emotional elicitations from 11:30am-1:30pm. Those have been going pretty well I believe. My favorite so far has been the sit in a comfortable chair and do nothing for 15 minutes.
Tuesdays (2/3, 2/10, 2/17): I have been running the cookie experiment from 3-5pm. Those cookies are good. I don’t understand but am happy when the participants don’t want the cookie when I offer it to them.
Wednesdays (2/4,2/11,2/18): I have been running the cookie experiment from 12-2pm then we have our always entertained lab meeting from 2-2:50pm. Good stuff.
Fridays (2/6,2/13,2/20): I have been running the cookie experiment from 12-1pm. Makes for a good start to the weekend.
This past Friday (2/20), I was trained in the gambling experiment which I be starting to run this week because the cookie experiment is over. No more smelling freshly baked cookies every day.

Today I trained Jessica for the gambling study from 1-2. She will start that on Tuesday. The cookies study is over and now we can begin the new one!
lab hours 2/20
I had lab hours from 10-12 today, but the 1st guy was a no-show and the second spot wasn’t filled… Hopefully its because somebody just didn’t want to deal with the penalty for skipping… Instead, I’m hanging out in the coding room and doing emotion elicitations.

I am not sure if I blogged from last week, but here goes my hours and the hours I need to make up as well.
For 2/9-2/13 Monday, Wednesday, Friday–Lab from 9-10, Friday–Lab from 2-4, Monday–coded from 10-11
*Need one hour of coding to make up*
For 2/16-2/20 Monday I was out sick, so I need to make up two hours*
Wednesday Lab from 9-10, Friday, lab from 9-10 and 2-4 * Need to make up one hour of coding
Total of 4 Hours to make up with coding
Friday, 2/20 I am coding from 10-1, so now, I only need to make up one hour and will do it next week.

Today I did lab stuff from 8-9. I put folders in the file cabinet for completed data for Kelli to file. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

running more studies
